Seviour pain near the ankle cant able to walk nd balance.swelling of the foot .its been 4 days now. I m appling volini little bit of relief of pain

Please get done checked with X-ray to your orthopaedician. As you say it's severe, and why it's there ? Need to find out the cause of pain and swelling. All the best.
