Pain in ankle joint
I've been having pain in my ankle joint and below knee joint, the pain is unbearable I'm unable to walk and do the work as I'm supposed to do. I've consulted a orthopedic doctor about 8 days ago. The doctor said that I've swelling in my ankle joint but it's not external, it seems that you have an internal swelling. I've been having taking the tablets that the doctor provided since then but the pain is there and I cannot walk as well.

Most probably, it could be ankle sprains. Rest, ice, elevation and compression with crepe bandage to affect area. Also ankle brace can give support and walking bcould be better...
