Pain in Anal
For the past 3 Months i have pain in anal. After stool discharge the pain will come for 3 hrs after that the pain is deceased. And when i fart for two to three times very little stool is discharge and its around the anus area. (Note washing after discharge i seen some tissue is there).

That sounds like an anal fissure. You have to see a surgeon.
