I think you might b having some issue with digestion (bloating or gas trouble). (1)Correct it with food habits . (2) Drink warm water only. (3) In this weather u can add ginger in your regular food to maintain digestion. (4) Avoid junk food in any form. it will come down in 4-6 days if related to digestion trouble.
Next Steps
If not then u need more attention  and care so consult a good doctor nearby.
Health Tips
Winter weather harms digestion and causes troubles like this so try for warm water with a little ginger.

No it's not the hernia. Have a 1tea spoon dry ginger powder+ 1feast coriander seed and boil them in one lit water. Drink this water sip by sip for whole day.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  I find it funny that you are thinking about some invisible hernia. Hernia is always visible. Also, you say you have taken a ultrasound scan of the abdomen and its come normal, don't you think if there was anything wrong it should have showed on the scan? Consult a gastroenterologist in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
