I am having a severe pain near my stomach.i am having my periods since yesterday and I am feeling very weak .the right side of my upper is paining badly.pls help

Hello....dysmenorrhea is pain abdomen during or before menstruation....... dysmenorrhea could be primary or secondary to uterine fibroid or endometriosis.... using a heating pad, hot water bottle or heat patch on your lower abdomen may ease menstrual cramps. Psychological stress may increase your risk of menstrual cramps and their severity... consult gynaecologist once
