Pain in Abdomen
He had a pain 4 days earlier in Abdomen. I attache an image of USG report. Please elaborate that and suggest treatment if possible.

It is very common finding for overweight / obese/sedentary people. Very rarely cause pain . Do liver function test. If it is normal, change lifestyle & food habits and reduce weight by exercise
