Pain i ln left lower back region
While gyming last week i had sprain or muscle stiffness in my.lower left back region which was okay then but i am not able to do forward or backward bending activity and it causes pain.i ve applied heat and moov n all but today is worse.i need help as being festive sunday i cannot see a doctor.

Take muscle relaxant and pain killers. Back pain with out leg pain usually settles with physio- IFT. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury

If you don't have a radicular leg pain .. Then you need a good muscle relaxant and analgesic.. Importantly need rest and heat therapy...
