Pain due to wide opening of mouth
Mam 5 months back I visited your Indiranagar clinic. I had problem of pain due tu wide opening of mouth nerve got displaced and cause pain in left side of my neck. As prescribed by you I took medicine and it was cured again same thing is happening joint pain in left part. I don't have the prescription with me right now.kindly request you to prescribe one medicine as pain is increased and right now I am not staying in Bangalore so couldn't go for a check up. I request you to help.
