Pain due to Lipoma, Warts on Neck

Asked for Male, 36 Years

Have some small lipoma in body, they are painless. But lipoma in hand (tricep) has increased and, now I feel pain sometimes, usually after weight lifting exercise. Also have small warts on neck. How to get rid of lipoma and warts?

Lipomas can be excised surgically if they are causing pain or discomfort.if they are warts or skin tags on neck can be told only after seeing pictures.send me a pic of ur neck and consult me online for further treatment
