Actually I have an very high pain in my waist and hip muscle...before 6-7 month i was faced same problem so doctor suggest me to take vitamin D, so i start taking sun bath on morning and using cod-liver capsule (Seven Seas) after one month its was okay but recently it start again...what to do.
