Pain Below the knee cap
Hi, I recently went hiking. But ever since i returned i have been feeling a slight distress below my knee cap(joint). As there was no swelling and am still able to walk i suspect there is no bone injury. However there is a constant pain in my knee. Hence suspecting injury in the ligameny. Kindly suggest. Awaiting your reply

Hi as per history that you have shared ... It cannot be a ligament injury/tear .. should be spasm of quadriceps or strain over quadriceps tendon.. Try stretching exercises to quadriceps muscle and regular cold compressions over pain area would give relief..
