Pain at the start of excretion
Hi, since couple of weeks, at the start of excretion i m facing pain. Later it is fine. I have water reguarly to avoid dehydration also. I do exercise also. Please let me know the problem and whether it is piles

As per your complaints there is need to examine to find out the cause for it. It may be due to anal fissure or hemarrhoids which can only be diagnosed after examination.
You should take plenty of fluids and softovac powder 3 teaspoon full in night.
