Pain at heel and ankle
I have pain at my heel and ankle along with pain at the end of feet. Have used the extra shoe soles had relief for 1 month but pain is now increasing

Heel pain is due to foot stiffness ,do heel stretching exercises regular basis, if pain persistent consult orthopedic surgeon
