Nothing to worry. Looking like a mild nerve compression. Take a hifenac-p tablet for symptomatic relief. If problem continues consult an orthopaedician.

Hi there I understand your concern...fingers pain may be due to different causes like blocked arterial supply to particular portion of hand, trauma to the part, nerve compression, carpal tunnel syndrome, joint disorders etc...so detalied clinical examination is necessary to diagnose the problem... Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful...regarding chest pain try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...Consult physician once for clinical examination.
