My wife is having pain around her eye hole and dark line is coming in her left eye vision. She has glasses in her eye. And she do embroidery work.

Hello there. There is absolutely no way to come to a diagnosis with such limited history and without examining the patient. I would suggest you visit a ophthalmologist ASAP. Regards
