Pain, around genital area, fever. My gp.

22 yr old female i've been experiencing stinging /slight achy pain around genital and rectum area, I also have painful urination. I've experienced fever symptoms for the past 3 days that has only slightly improved but I need to take cold and flu tablets to ease the sensitivity and achyness of my skin, I have hot flushes also and lack of appetite due to slight nausea that comes and goes more frequently in the first 2 days. There are 3 little lumps on the lips of the vagina (left side) which are painful when touched. Has experienced milky thin discharge I've never had any std infections or any yeast /bacterial infections previously, I am in a stable relationship for the past 4 and half yrs Very worried and too embarrassed to go to my gp.
