The values you have mentioned are normal.butt pain and lower leg pain could be due to muscular , nerve related or due to mineral deficiency if pain is severe in the night.Prolonged sitting without short break may increase your discomfort.Ideally you should consult with a general physician in your area for clinical examination and if necessary referring to orthopedist.

I can provide some general information that may be helpful. A vitamin B12 level of 313 is within the normal range, but it's important to note that symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency can occur even within the normal range. It's important to speak with me to determine if your symptoms are related to a vitamin B12 deficiency or another underlying condition. A thyroid level of 4.39 is within the normal range, but it's important to note that thyroid levels can vary depending on the individual and other factors. It's important to speak with me to determine if your symptoms are related to a thyroid condition or another underlying condition. Severe pain in the buttocks and lower legs, especially at night, can be a symptom of various conditions such as sciatica, peripheral neuropathy, or restless leg syndrome. It's important to speak with me to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and receive appropriate treatment. If you have a sitting job from 9 to 7, it's important to take frequent breaks and stretch your legs to help prevent muscle stiffness and pain. You may also want to consider using a standing desk or taking short walks throughout the day to help improve circulation and reduce the risk of developing pain and stiffness. It's important to prioritize your health and well-being, and to seek medical attention if you are experiencing any concerning symptoms.
