Constant pain and swelling in knee area from past 2 months. Legs will swell in the evening. Seviour pain.

Your knee pain may be due to chronic knee strain because of early osteoarthritis knee, it increase on squatting, sitting cross legged and climbing stairs

Till that avoid knee bending and squatting and climbing stairs. Keep cold or hot pack to knee for pain relieving.
