hello dr kale here
as you can see there black space between two teeth ...this indicates deep cavities in both the teeth .definitive treatment for this problem would be root canal of both the teeth follwed by cap..for temporary pain relief you can give antibiotics and pain killers [with doctors proscription]..
Both the teeth has to be root canal treated, and mobility of tooth has to be checked, crowns to be placed. His blood sugar level should be checked periodically and maintained... Regards
Take antibiotics and a dentist consultation. The Decay seems quite deep in both molars. Depending on clinical observation and tooth mobility you can get a root canal done or go for an extraction. The Decay though seems to be quite deep limiting the prognosis (outcome) of treatment (as the crown margins will fall deep in gums - dental jargon). Try saving the tooth through a root canal.
Hi pain and swelling is because of these infected teeth as appearing in the x ray..definately root canal treatment is required for both ..best of luck take care
Both the decayed molars will require root canal treatment, followed by Crown placement..... do not delay this treatment to avoid irreversible damage to the tooth structure as well as the underlying bone... Regards.....
Hello u need a root canal treatment for both the teeth as cavity is deep and involving the pulp in both..and then both the teeth have to be crowned postthe rct..tc
