hello dr kale here as you can see there black space between two teeth ...this indicates deep cavities in both the teeth .definitive treatment for this problem would be root canal of both the teeth follwed by cap..for temporary pain relief you can give antibiotics and pain killers [with doctors proscription]..

Both the decayed molars will require root canal treatment, followed by Crown placement..... do not delay this treatment to avoid irreversible damage to the tooth structure as well as the underlying bone... Regards.....

Take antibiotics and a dentist consultation. The Decay seems quite deep in both molars. Depending on clinical observation and tooth mobility you can get a root canal done or go for an extraction. The Decay though seems to be quite deep limiting the prognosis (outcome) of treatment (as the crown margins will fall deep in gums - dental jargon). Try saving the tooth through a root canal.

He has decay on both the teeth which spread in its proximal area. And its deep in its form. Better you go to root canal treatment and save his teeth
