Pain and numpness in my rt wrist
I work out jym everyday, bt accidentally weight slipped in my hand and, get a pain in hand wrist. And also feeling numpness in my fingers (thumb, and middle finger )

You might need a splint for wrist for 2 weeks. The area of numbness is of median nerve distribution if persists see a hand surgeon
