Pain and heaviness
Doctor, I breath short all the time. There is numbness in my hands, legs and brain. When I lie down and turn towards my right, there is a pain in my heart. When I turn left I feel heaviness in my heart along with a bit of pain. All the time I breathe short. I am not able to sleep properly and as a result I feel drowsy all the day. Therefore I would request you to tell me what should I do like which testing I should go for and what could be the possible reasons for my problem. Thanks.

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....get clinical examination done by general physician once to rule out any pathologies...regards.
