Pain and hardness of skin on the foot
From last week i m facing hardness and like small hard bump of skin in the lateral side of my foot . Feel pain when it is pressed. (It should be noted that last one month i was doing my ward duty in hospital because I m doing nursing course...and due to this i had to stand for like 3 -4 hours almost in a day constantly ...and the school shoe what I put on ..it is like felt that smaller for my feet..)

You may have Foot corn , hardened layer of skin that develop from the skin's response to friction and pressure due to tight shoes. Soak your feet in a warm bath with Epsom salts. After the soak, pat your feet dry with a clean towel and moisturize with a hydrating lotion Continue this process daily until your corn has softened. If you don't see good results,  You can purchase corn pads containing salicylic acid in  pharmacy and apply them on your corn and it takes about two weeks to see the results You should wear a suitable , comfortable shoes to prevent corns and calluses.
