Pain and gas in Stomach
He is having pain in stomach, his stomach is getting tight and he hasn't gone for stool for almost three days because of which acidity is forming in stomach. At present i am having a medicine DULCOFLEX, should i use it?

Hi there I understand your concern...First of all you should start taking a high fibre diet, incorporate more of fruits, green leafy vegetables and salads in diet.. Drink plenty of water....You should always take walk after meals and follow daily workout regime....With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...take syp duphalac 10 ml at night time with milk or warm water....Consult nearest physician or gastroenterologist they will do the needful.

Hello.. What is the reason behind not passing stools...make sure that you have more fibre and water content..yes you an take that dulcoflex tablet or suppository..we need to examine you..Thank you

*Chronic hypertrophic. *Chronic atropic *Chronic irritation of stomach from alcohol tobaco,spicy diet,smoking etc. *Irradiation gastr or from thermal injury.
