Pain and cavity in teeth
My son ,age 3 and half years old is experiencing a lot of pain and numbness in his teeth for a week.... we have seen some cavity growing in his mouth..Kindly suggest what to do

Hello,pain could be because of cavity. visit a pedodontist and get it checked. if there is a cavity get it filled.

This seems to be chronic infection which has become active again. Consult a dentist immediately to get it treated to avoid further spread of infection

Hi..Based on the history it seems he has already developed tooth infection. Visit pediatric dentist soon. He needs pulpectomy for that particular milk tooth. Regards

Visit a qualified dental surgeon at the earliest.  He will examine your child clinically,  take radiographs if required and suggest treatment.  Milk teeth are precious for your child. Save them at any cost.
