Pain all around the index and thumb part
I've been having hand pain for about 9 days now. The cause was from badminton, but I don't know how it could've happened because I didn't hit my hand or anything. My pain occurs when I put pressure on the bone that is right above the wrist under the index finger. It also occurs when I cut foods with a knife... like any type of food. It hurts when I cut down something like an onion and when the knife hits the bottom of the board, a very sharp, sudden pain shocks through the entire hand.
