Pain after scleral buckle
Hi Sir/Mam, My friend has a scleral buckling surgery in right eye 3 months ago. After surgery as expected she has experienced slight pain once in a while which as per doctors is normal.Since last 3 days she has been experiencing a wave of severe pain a couple of times in a day .The pain is similar to one she experienced immediately after surgery for a week. She has been undergoing nornal check ups and had a eye check up 15 day ago whixh was normal and doc said her retina is completely attached. Is there something to worry about what can be the cause of pain is it normal?

Well ,its very difficult to comment particularly if pain is postoperative as the surgical details are not known. having pain could be because of inflammation , eye pressure , any many more. one can find out only by checking individually
Next Steps
undergo clinical checkup to find out the cause
