Looks like CML. This had very good prognosis and long term survival if acute leukemia is ruled out by bone marrow tests. Can live normal life with tablets only. But it needs regular follow up and optimisation of therapy as per tolerance and side effects. That’s they key

Hi it looks.like CML. And now a days CML is a very much treatable disease with a TKI and is survival is equal to general population if taken regularly without fail
