Whenever i feel happy about something i get overwhelmed and i started to breakdown. I was diagnosed with depression but recently i had anxiety attacks (heavy breathing, breaking down, thinking too much) i feel like i cannot be happy anymore. It is unfair. Why i feel overwhelmed to positive things and then experience like a spiraling down effect to negative things. I don't know why i am i like this. I need help to figure things out. :(

How long has this been happening?
Have you been taking your anxiety medicines regularly?
This may be because of underlying depression. Talk to your Psychiatrist about this and consider starting psychotherapy too.
