My height is 5' 6".my weight is 89.6. I m a vegetarian & go for swimming & walking daily.In morning i have lukewarm limewater thn i have salad nd 2 rotis in lunch nd thn i have 2 rotis in dinner still I m overweight .plz suggest me some diet plan.
