I want to lose weight. I am 5'1" tall and my weight is around 60 kg(not exact). I want to know what diet plan should i follow to lose weight along with exercises. Also after what time in evening should we not consume any carbohydrates and proteins? What all fruits are to be avoided and how much water should I consume? Also how many times and at what time should i have green tea? I remain at home after 8 pm and before 8 am.
