Overweight
I am 38 year male and advocate by profession. My current weight is 116 kg . I have started to go to gym and I workout for about 2 km walk on treadmill and 20 minutes of peddler and different stretching exercises and for about 90 minutes for 4 days a week ..pls suggest me proper diet program...and also suggest any extra activity if necessary.. thanks.

Start doing physical activity of your choice for at least 1.5 hr daily. Eat low fat low carb, high protein diet devided into 3 main and 3 small meals Keep proper hydration level Sleep at least for 6 hrs Make yourself stress free Avoid junk food and high calorie food

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
