I am 21 years old male. Height is 5'8". Weight is 82kg. What should be my ideal weight? How to lose? Can you provide me an Indian diet?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As per your height and present weight, your BMI comes to around 28 approximately. Your BMI need to be upto 25 and not more. Lose upto 8-9 kgs and your BMI will come upto 25. And then you will have to maintain. Have small meals at regular intervals. Instead of 3 big meals, 5 small meals. Drink lots of water. Out of those 5 meals, let 2 be completely of fruits and vegetables. Also start exercising daily. Kindly consult a dietician for a detailed diet chart. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
