Hi,
I am 25 years old with height 5’3” and weight 67 kgs. I want to lose weight around my belly and thighs. Exercise doesn’t work for me which tried many times. It’s my marriage in December ans not sure what to do for reducing by belly size and weight.
Please help.

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy, egg, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help.
