Hi hav 10 year old daughter she overweight her height 4feet 11 inches & weight 55kg ,she is putting lot of effort to lose weight but nothing is working she avoid junk food also. She is very sensitive child .plz suggest me what to do....thanks

I understand your concern.
As per her age and height, your child falls under obesity.
Please realise that the first approach to this is to maintain a healthy life style.
A balanced diet chart is to be made as per the likes and dislikes of the child.
Physical activity should be initiated. Walking/ cycling/ skipping/ swimming/ yoga as per the child’s liking.
You need to positively reinforce the idea of a health life style. No scolding, no shaming.
Junk food to be discouraged.
Maintain a journal of the same.
It’s a problem which finds a solitary when ever family member contributes.
Occasional snacking, home made should be given/ rewarded.
You haven't mentioned whether she is doing any physical activity and what kind of diet ( if any) she is following.
For now, continue avoiding junk foods and concentrate more on physical activity like running, skipping, cycling etc
Also cut down on sweets, oily foods, very sweet fruits and give more of protein rich foods
