Unable to sleep well, constantly thinking and worrying and restless at times. I'm aware this is overthinking disorder, this particular process is keeping me away from being happy or thinking positive. As if constantly searching for something. I have the answers yet I'm lost. I'm letting loose on my presence of mind too, I used to be very active and sharp. Not anymore

Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation you are facing in your life right now. It seems that you are undergoing some stress personal or professional which is aggravating these distressing symptoms of sleep disturbances, worrying and restlessness. It is suggested that you practice meditation and deep breathing techniques on a regular basis to help calm and sooth your mind and the thoughts. Go for regular exercise . Before sleeping limit your phone time , try and take a warm shower to help you feel better . Have a set time to go and sleep as well . Try and talk to your close family members and friends . Keep yourself distracted with various activities on a daily basis. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your issues and also to help you learn positive and healthy coping strategies for the same.
