Overdose of l arginine
Yesterday at 8 o clock I took a medicine naming argin which contains 3g of L arginine and 1/4 teaspoon coffee. I took it before going to gym.
When I went to gym I felt very low, ghabrahat hone lagi immediately I went to nearest farmacy and checked my bp and it was 128/91. I slept last night vey difficulty. Today morning I didn't felt any thing I was normal but when I was having my dinner that time this start happening again. Please help me

Well that is an amino acid supplement..I don't think the tablet you mention would cause such symptoms ..anvi really want to know why are you taking the tablets and has any doctor or gym instructor advised you about it...thank you
