Am 23year old am an girl...my weight is 75 ...my height is 5.5inch.....I wanna be losse 10kg in 1month how can I...is my weight is ok for my height.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

You need to loose 12-14kgs . Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises. If you take liquid diet then it's possible to loose 10kg in one months.But it's better to loose 4-6kg in one month. Burn ur calories as much as u can like walking swimming cycling and join gym. And follow low calorie balanced diet plan.
