And you need to lose only about 4-5 kilos.

Let a major portion of your diet consist of fruits and vegetables.
Do cardio workout like running, jogging, dancing, jumping jacks, sports like badminton etc what ever that keeps your heart rate in the range of 140-150 beats per minute.
You can have 1 cup of green tea twice a day.
Drink lots of water.
Have less calories than required daily and burn more calories than you take in.
