Hi Have to home cooked meals with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of water everyday. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Avoid outside food as much as you can. Exercise regularly and get proper sleep. You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan for you Regards

Its necessary to follow a healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

U can reduce ur 10kg wt with in 3months. U hv to follow strictly diet plan for which I need ur diet history. 3day diet plan I will provide you but very briefly u should start small&frequent feeding. Take more liquid item. Avoid fast, oily and junk food, take more vegetables as raw form
