Over weight
Hello doctors. I'm 22yrs and 72kgs. I have low blood pressure. I live a healthy lifestyle, eat lots of fruits and veggies, drink lots of water. Still can't reduce weight. Please suggest a diet plan which will not make me faint because every time I try to control my diet my BP falls. Good day. Thanks.

Hi thanks for your query. First things your diet or meal plans should be well balanced. This is not merely eating lot if vegetables, fruits. But your concept is clear. First u need to v right calorie for day energy. Take half of that carbs but No plain rice.take whole grains, enough fibre based foods ,cereals.whole wheat, brwon rice ,brwon breads etc.try to reduce rice at lunch & dinner.u can meet a Dietitian to get a precise plans.  Take same quantity chapt, legume, pulses are important. No out side, street, junk, cream, saturated foods restricted. Sllep less not more than 7 hrs & no afternoon sleep. Exercises like walking, jogging, cycling, skipping both times min 2 hours as said whole day.
