Over sleep and laziness
I'm very lazy to my self. I don't know why but i always will to sleep iwake up btw 9-10 am nd again i will turn to sleep even afternoon when i stay home. i'm unable to concentrate on my studies i feel very careless about it but i have soo many goals to achieve but with over sleep and laziness i'm not doing anything.I seriously need some counselling about all this please help me out from this problems.i have so many backlogs and i'm also scared about them but i don't take them seriously and study .soo please help mee .Thankyou.

If this is happening recently, then it requires to be investigated, More so, if you have problem of dry skin, recent increase in weight in spite of normal or less appetite & food intake. If so, please get a CBC & T3, T4 & TSH tests for Thyroid function. If not, please take control of your life, sleep well for 8-9 hrs at night which should be enough for the day. Make a list of important jobs & one by one finish those. You do not seem to be happy with life & there seems to be some element of depression. Talk to your friends. Pick up a hobby. There is a lot to be done in this life.... Zindagi na milegi dobara.... So, Do things which you like. You must exercise daily. Exercise should be light for at least 1/2 an hour, aerobic type but must do it. Even if you have less time, do exercise whether for 5 min only, but must. It will keep you charged up. Improving fitness level delays fatigue. Eat healthy food. Desi foods are healthier.
