Ovarian Drilling PCOS
Me and my wife are trying to conceive for last 6-7 months. My wife has PCOD. We had two cycles of CC and Letrozole, bot the time the doctor checked and confirmed that egg was released. Now the doctor is suggesting that as she has PCOS the egg quality might be bad. We need to do ovarian Drilling to get good quality eggs as the bad quality eggs might have thick outer shell causing the sperm not to permeate. She is getting regular periods for last 1 year. Should we go with ovarian Drilling first before iui?
