Ovarian cysts

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have ovarian cysts and i have heard that they affect fertility...i gave pain during my period and heavy flow. U have been taking birth control pills under my doctor's prescription for my irregular period...u am very scared...please guide me

Hello,I can understand your apprehension ,oral contracepive pills balance harmonal levels , regualise periods and minimise bleeding , cysts at the periphery of follicle is usually seen in pcos ,continue medicines , if you have gained weight exercises daily , have healthy and nutritious food everything goes fine..
