Outer covering not covering the penis
Hi.. I am 17 yrs old.. I tried to menstruate after opening penis covering.. Now my penis covering is not covering my penis. Its very painful when my penis struck to pants.. What shall i do to cover my penis as normal as it is?

CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHERWISE THE UNCOVERED PENIS IS HEMPERED FOR BLOOD SUPPLY, BECAME BLUISH.
HE WILL TRY TO PULL FRANULUM UNDER LOCAL ANESTHESIA. IF IT COMES DOWN THAN O.K, OTHERWISE CIRCUMCISION IS THE SOLUTION. A MINOR SURGERY IN WHICH FRANULUM IS REMOVED.
OTHERWISE WHENEVER YOU TRY TO MASTERBATE YOU MAY BE IN TROUBLE.
