Consult a physiotherapist nearby for proper guidance after proper assessment of patient physio will guide you significantly
Further postural correction is quite necessary along with strengthening exercises (gently in start) of legs also focus in core muscle strengthening.

She is 60 so osteoporosis is common in this age she just need proper diet and milk intake with calcium and vitamin intake. For pain in back or sanctum area she needs sacral mobilisation to treat the sacroiliac dysfunction and back exercises to maintain that correct posture.
Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Its unfortunate that she is in pain.
We need a detailed history, clinical examination and a couple of tests to find out exactly whats going on.
She can take a calcium and vitamin d3 supplement but i would suggest you take her to a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards.
