Osteopenia , you can think like a young avataar of osteoporosis. that is osteopenia is starting stages of osteoporosis i.e. if left unattended it may become one. In Females Postmenopausal this is common unless and until you fulfil 3 essential daily requirements 1> calcium / phosphorous supplements. (consult General physician first according to levels of these electrolyte in blood serum you would be advised to take them in form of diet or supplements) 2> Vitamin D3 (again depending on your blood serum levels , you may be given a tablet/ sachet. or simply you can have it in early morning Sun. i.e. till 0800 Hrs. at max. (if in rajasthan 0700 would be the limit) 3> Physical Exercise (any type of strength training or simple aerobic exercise will be good) Researches have shown that fulfilling all three requirements at a given time proves to be BEST as compared with any other combination.
Next Steps
Get Blood Electrolyte check and visit an ORTHOPAEDICIAN. You can also consult with your Rheumatologist.
Health Tips
DO NOT JUMP, DO NOT FALL, DO NOT GET INJURED, DO NOT FEEL THAT SUN BATHING WILL DO EVERYTHING, DO NOT SELF-MEDICATE (as over consumption of electrolytes may be harmful) , STAY HEALTHY.

Madam, osteopenia is milder form of mineral deficiency in bones. It is frequently seen in females of your age group and also in patients of RA. No need to worry about it. It can be taken care by the doctor treating you for RA (RA needs to be taken seriously). For breast lump you need to consult a general surgeon (again to be taken seriously).
