Take vitamin d and calcium rich food. There are tablets and injection Avialble. Consult near by orthopaedic dr or online for personalised prescription to avoid allergy or drug interactions.do regular exercises will help to strengthen the bone.

The thing is osteoporosis is not just because of decrease in calcium but also due to deficiencies of other factors like VIT D minerals etc So here's how you can try planning your day Upon arising: A glass of lukewarm water mixed with the juice of half a lime and a teaspoon of honey. Go for a short walk Nuts  eg cashew pista almond walnut  1piece (only )each in the morning Fresh vegetable juice eg carrot/beetroot/cucumber or can be taken as raw Take a fruit along with your Breakfast The emphasis should be on mineral-rich foods such as whole grains, seeds, nuts, cooked and raw vegetables and fruits, milk and milk products such as homemade cottage cheese. During sleep time : turmeric black pepper powder cinnamon powder 1tsp each in small glass of lukewarm milk Can use Rock Salt (Himalayan Salt) in your diet which could be rich in minerals
