The thing is osteoporosis is not just because of decrease in calcium but also due to deficiencies of other factors like VIT D minerals etc
So here's how you can try planning your day
Upon arising: A glass of lukewarm water mixed with the juice of half a lime and a teaspoon of honey.
Go for a short walk
Nuts eg cashew pista almond walnut 1piece (only )each in the morning
Fresh vegetable juice eg carrot/beetroot/cucumber or can be taken as raw
Take a fruit along with your Breakfast
The emphasis should be on mineral-rich foods such as whole grains, seeds, nuts, cooked and raw vegetables and fruits, milk and milk products such as homemade cottage cheese.
During sleep time : turmeric black pepper powder cinnamon powder 1tsp each in small glass of lukewarm milk
