Orange spot in diaper

3 month old Son has orange spot in diaper in place of pee. And puss cells in urine test he is on antibiotics but doesn't seem to work.

Uric acid crystal deposition in urine may cause a yellowish orange tinge in urine. Also continued presence of pus cells may indicate a continued unresolved Urinary infection.
