Oral lichen planus. Effect on my health?

I have white patches all over my toungue, jaw and other inner parts of mouth.I am continuing dapsone daily. And not eating wheat products as per the instructions got in dec 2020 by a dermatologist. I can't eat even a  little spicy foods since 7 months and the white patches in tongue and the jaws and upper part of the mouth are always there. I really don't know whether I am allergic to wheat products or not. And what is the medication and lifestyle I should follow to get rid of this disease. Whether I shall continue the dapsone ?Does it have any serious effect on my health? I have hypothyroidism also since 8 years and having thyroxine 75 mg.My blood sugar is normal.I have frequent headaches (may be migraine).Having blood group O negative. Suggest appropriate medication and dietary plan as well.
