Tounge have patches and they all are on around the toungue. she can't eat any spicy food. Her front two tooth gone under root canal treatment and doc filled them with cement but they are almost at gum level so the filling is falling out. Molars deacresing and also filled with cement, she is brushing two times a day with kidodent pest. Is permanent removal of four teeths will help? As side tooths of front two tooth are also near to root canal treatment.

Hi...considering her age as 3..i wouldn't suggest removal of remaining root pieces...as they will act as space maintainers for permanent teeth ton come. However as u say...all her teeth are gone n molars hv same condition it will be best if you show her to a pedodontist/pediatric dentist for careful examination & appropriAte treatment.
